The short version

We're a diner, not a data company. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising, and we don't track you around the internet. The only information we collect is what you type into our contact form, and we use it to call you back.

What we collect

If you fill in the form on our Visit page, we receive the name, phone number, and message you enter. Nothing else. There's no account to create and no newsletter to join.

Browsing the site without using the form means we collect nothing about you at all.

What we do with it

  • We use your name, phone number, and message to respond to your enquiry.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
  • We do not use it for marketing, and we won't add you to any list.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and are delivered to us by email. They are kept only as long as we need them to answer you.

Other services on this page

  • Google Maps — the map on our Visit page is embedded from Google, so loading that page contacts Google's servers.
  • Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are served by Google.

Both are provided by Google under their own privacy policy, which we don't control.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

If you've contacted us and want your message and details deleted, just ask and we'll delete them. Connecticut residents have additional rights over their personal information under state law; call us and we'll help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
